Description:
The City of Webster City is seeking a highly motivated Recreation Technician to join our team.
Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
Responsibilities:
Duties would include planning, developing, coordinating, implementing, and supervising diversified recreational and leisure programs to citizens of all ages and abilities.
Qualifications:
Must possess a current State of Iowa Driver's License along with the ability to become certified pool operator, Red Cross Certified Lifeguard, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuers Instructor (CPRO), Aquatics Instructor for lifeguarding and water safety within six months of hire.
High school diploma or equivalent required; continued education in recreation and leisure Services and/or 1-2 years' experience in related field preferred.
